Your leadership will drive team performance, maintain food safety standards, and optimize the overall efficiency of the deli.

Duties

• Lead and supervise the deli team, providing training, coaching, and development to ensure high performance and excellent customer service.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to maximize profitability.
• Operate POS systems for accurate cash handling, sales processing, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and safety procedures.
• Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand.

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and managing food production in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective communication skills for managing staff training, managerial tasks, and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with managing quick service environments.
