Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and creating an inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
  • Enforce casino policies, procedures, and safety regulations diligently to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff alike.

Experience

  • Proven management experience within a casino or hospitality environment with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage diverse staff effectively.
  • Strong background in customer service, conflict management, and guest relations to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures, basic math skills for financial accuracy, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Experience supervising gaming operations or working within a regulated gaming environment is highly desirable.
